House rules – To be respected

Maximum number of guests: 4 people (2 double bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room). No extra guests are allowed without prior notice and written agreement (penalty €100 per person per night).

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (flexible upon request, please inform us in advance).

Check-out: by 10:00 AM (late check-out available with extra charge, subject to availability).

Noise: Strict respect for quiet hours, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Agerola is a quiet village and neighbors are sensitive). Parties and excessive noise are not allowed (penalty up to €200 + possible immediate termination of the stay).

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment (permitted only on the balcony/terrace).

Cleaning during the stay: The apartment is delivered clean. Please keep it tidy (wash used dishes and do not leave trash behind).

Waste disposal: Please separate waste properly (paper, plastic, organic, general waste) according to Agerola municipal regulations. Bins are provided.

Damages and liability: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or furniture. Security deposit (amount to be agreed, usually €200–300) will be retained in case of damage or additional cleaning required.

Safety: Fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide and gas detectors, and first aid kit are available. Do not move furniture or electrical appliances without authorization.

Keys: Do not duplicate the keys. In case of loss, penalty €100 plus the cost of replacing the lock.

Security deposit and payments

Security deposit: €200–300 (refunded at check-out if everything is in order).

Payment: 30–50% at the time of booking (via bank transfer/Stripe/PayPal), balance upon arrival or in advance.

Cancellations: Flexible policy (e.g. 50% refund if cancelled within 30 days, no refund within 7 days).
